Corrida de Toros! Bullfight!

This past Sunday, I went to a bull fight for the first time. It was a special week/weekend in Valladolid called San Pedro Regalado, and there were a bunch of events taking place, including the bullfight. It wasn't quite as bloody and gory as I thought it would be, and it was actually quite repetitive and boring. I think the main culprit of the boring-ness of the event was the fact that the bull ring wasn't even half full of spectators, and not very many of them were die-hard fans. Here and there, I'd hear an ¡Olé!, but not as much as I had expected. I think for a real bullfight experience, I would need to go to Sevilla or Granada.
